Now Hiring: Master Automotive Service Technician

We are looking for a full-time Automotive Service Technician to join our family-owned, employee-focused repair shops. This position is a modified flat-rate role and is ideal for someone with a solid automotive repair background who is ready to get started right away.

Responsibilities


You will be responsible for:


  • Inspecting, testing, and diagnosing automotive electrical systems
  • Troubleshooting and repairing vehicle mechanical concerns
  • Performing routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other general services
  • Completing a Digital Vehicle Inspection on every vehicle you service so customers stay informed about the condition of their vehicle
  • Maintaining accurate records of repairs, services, and recommendations
  • Prioritizing each client’s best interest when recommending maintenance or repairs
  • Providing professional, helpful customer service when answering questions or addressing concerns


Experience and Qualifications


The ideal candidate will have:


  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar repair role
  • At least two current ASE certifications preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles
  • Familiarity with automotive electrical systems is a plus
  • Ability to confidently use hand tools, shop equipment, and diagnostic tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
